Bensalem Cleaning service terms, version 2026-09-20-v4

1. Who we are. Bensalem Cleaning is operated by CPSW of Bensalem LLC. We clean homes in Bensalem, Northeast Philadelphia and nearby Bucks County.

2. What you book. An online booking covers the standard cleaning described on the offer page: the rooms, property type, floors and condition you entered, with no extras unless the offer lists them. Windows, large two-panel windows, patios, laundry, dishes, inside appliances, heavy buildup and rental turnovers are not part of a standard online booking; they are quoted separately.

3. Price and payment. The total shown before you book is the final tax-inclusive price for that visit. Nothing is charged when you book. You pay after the visit: we confirm the total with you when the visit is finished and send a secure payment link. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Your appointment. The offer shows a start time and an expected end time. Every visit is scheduled to finish within our cleaning hours (Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Eastern; closed Sunday). A booking is confirmed only when the page or your confirmation message says it is confirmed. We arrive within 30 minutes of the start time and text you if we are running behind. If a visit needs more time than expected, we tell you before continuing; there is no extra charge unless you agree to it.

5. Changing or cancelling. There is no cancellation fee. Let us know as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel: reply to your confirmation message or contact us with your booking reference, and we will reschedule you to the next slot that works.

6. Access, pets and special details. Your confirmed booking includes a special-details section. Use it to tell us how we get in (you are home, a lockbox, a smart lock, a neighbor), whether there are dogs or other pets, and anything we should know before we arrive, for example an elderly person at home, a nervous animal, allergies or areas we should not enter. Do not put door or alarm codes in the booking form; share them by text or phone with the team. We keep codes only while you are an active customer and delete them when you ask. Pets are welcome; please keep them somewhere comfortable while we work.

7. If something goes wrong. Tell us within 24 hours of the visit, with a photo if you can, using your booking reference. If part of the standard cleaning was missed, we come back and redo that area at no charge. If something is damaged during a visit, tell us right away; we will look at it with you and work out a fair resolution.

8. Your information. We keep the details you enter to schedule and perform the visit and to contact you about it. Our privacy page explains what we keep and for how long. Messages about your appointment are transactional; we do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree.

9. Short-term rentals. Turnovers are quoted per property and are not booked through this page until a property quote is on file. Linen, laundry, restocking and access arrangements are agreed in the property quote. Before the first turnover the host gives us an inventory of the items to account for (for example the number and type of plates, glasses and cutlery, towels, bed linen and anything else that matters to you). We check that inventory when we arrive and tell you immediately if something is missing or damaged, so it can be handled before the next guest.

10. Versions. This is version 2026-09-20-v4. When you book, the page shows the version you are accepting, and we keep that version with your booking.
