How many cleaners will come?
We plan one cleaner for small and medium homes and two for large and extra-large homes. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms is a medium home. If either the bedroom or the bathroom count goes above a category, the home moves up to the next one. Unusual size or heavy buildup may need a separate scope review.
Do I need to know my exact square footage?
No. Start with your bedrooms and bathrooms. We only ask a quick follow-up if your home has an unusual layout, size or cleaning need.
What costs extra?
Fresh bed linens, laundry, dishes, light tidying, and cleaning inside the oven or refrigerator are optional extras. Windows, large two-panel windows and patios are quoted separately. You choose what to add, and we confirm the total with you before booking.
What if my home needs more than standard cleaning?
Tell us about heavy buildup or areas that need extra attention. We’ll help you choose deep cleaning or a separately scoped service and agree the work and price before the visit.
Will I know the price before booking?
Yes. We confirm the cleaning scope, selected extras and total with you before booking. Sending this form requests a quote; it does not reserve an appointment.
What days and hours do you clean?
We clean Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Eastern time. We are closed on Sunday. Every visit is scheduled to finish by closing time, so we confirm a start time that fits your cleaning.
How do I change my appointment?
Reply to the confirmation you received from the team, or use the quote form with your inquiry reference and tell us the change. We will check another suitable time and confirm it with you. A new request through this form does not change an existing appointment.
